Here is a summary of the Island Walk Floor Plans: The Catalina is the two story townhome with 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, a one car garage and just over 1,600 square feet of living area.  The Aruba is also a 2 story townhome with 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, a 2 car detached garage, and almost 1,800 square feet.  The Capri III model is a patio home (attached villa) 2 bedrooms plus a den, 2 baths, a two-car garage, and over 1,500 square feet of living area.  The Oakmont model is a single family home with 3 bedrooms plus a den, 2 baths, 2 car garage, and almost 2,000 square feet of living area. And the Carlyle is the largest single family home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a two car side-load motor court garage, front porches, and over 2,500 square feet of living area.
